Processing Time

All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date of order.

Shipping Schedule for Dry Items

Orders for non-frozen items placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out on the next business day.

Undeliverable Packages or Failed Deliveries

Packages that are undeliverable or fail to be delivered by our carriers (e.g., UPS or USPS) will be returned to our store. Once we receive the returned package, we will authorize a refund for the items ordered, excluding the original shipping fee. If you still wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order.
