Burnt Ox / Cow Feet / Brokoto

Cow Feet / Ox Feet, popularly  known as Cow Leg, Nkwobi, Brokoto or   kotodwe  in some African regions, is a flavorful and tender meat cut that comes from the feet of an ox or cow. This unique cut of meat is typically slow-cooked or simmered for a long time to bring out its rich, hearty flavor and gelatinous texture. It is used to make soups, stews and the popular Nigerian delicacy, Nkwobi.
