Fonio Poundo / Fufu

Fonio Poundo or Fonio Fufu is a healthy, gluten-free alternative to traditional West African fufu made from fonio, an ancient grain native to the Sahel region of Africa. Fonio is ground into flour and then cooked with water to create a smooth, stretchy, and dough-like texture, similar to traditional fufu made from yam, cassava, or plantains.
