Tigernut Poundo or Tigernut Fufu is a nutritious and gluten-free variation of traditional fufu made from tigernuts, also known as chufa or earth almonds. Tigernuts are small, tuber-like roots that are dried, ground into flour, and then cooked with water to create a smooth, stretchy, dough-like consistency similar to traditional fufu made from yam, cassava, or plantains.
